Today's highlight takes us to Boreen Point to board the Everglades Eco Safari Cruise, gliding through breathtaking wilderness waterways alive with birdlife and native wildlife. Enjoy morning tea at Harry's Hut before continuing through sheltered mangroves and calm, colour-changing waters – with cameras ready, this rare landscape is unforgettable. This afternoon we're dropped at Hastings Street, Noosa, with free time to grab lunch, browse the boutiques, and soak up the cosmopolitan beach vibe at our own pace. Dinner tonight is at The Surf Club, Mooloolaba.

Today is entirely ours to enjoy. Take an optional excursion to wild and beautiful Fraser Island, or stay local and explore the Mooloolaba Esplanade, with its golden beach, boutique shopping, and buzzing cafes just steps from the hotel. Prefer to unwind instead? Relax by the pool, book a spa treatment, or simply soak up the coastal atmosphere at our own pace. As evening falls, gather for a magical Sunset Cruise along the Mooloolaba River, watching the skyturn gold over the water. We then enjoy a relaxed dinner, swapping holiday stories and enjoying the laid-back Mooloolaba lifestyle before continuing our hinterland adventures tomorrow morning.

Market day! Browse the famous Eumundi Markets for crafts, fashion, art, and delicious food. We then wind into the hinterland to Mapleton, edging the National Park with sweeping views to Maroochydore, before reaching charming Montville, full of galleries, boutiques, and antique shops. Enjoy lunch with a view at The Edge, then time to browse before a tasting at Flame Hill Vineyard. We finish at Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, gazing over the Glass House Mountains, before returning to Mooloolaba for a relaxing dinner, reflecting on a day rich with hinterland charm.

We venture inland to Yandina, starting at the Yandina Nutworks for a self-guided factory tour showcasing macadamia oils, chocolates, and confectionery, with tastings and treats to purchase. Across the road, the famous Ginger Factory awaits – learn how ginger is grown and processed into Buderim Ginger favourites, finishing with a tasting plate and time in the gift shop. We then continue to historic Cooroy for lunch, before returning to Mooloolaba for a relaxing afternoon. The evening brings another dinner at The Surf Club, Mooloolaba, celebrating a day of local flavours and hinterland discovery.
