After breakfast and checkout, we travel through the Adelaide Hills toward Goolwa and Victor Harbor. At Mount Lofty Lookout, we enjoy sweeping panoramic views over Adelaide and its seaside suburbs. We then continue to Hahndorf, Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement (est. 1839), where artisan boutiques, galleries, cafés, bakeries, and traditional beer gardens line the streets. In the afternoon, we board the Cockle Train in Goolwa, traveling along Australia’s oldest steel-railed railway (dating to 1854) to Victor Harbor. On arrival, we check into our resort before coming together to enjoy dinner.

On a guided tour, we go behind the scenes where legends like Bradman, Tendulkar, Hobbs, and Hadlee made history. We visit the viewing room, players’ changerooms, and explore the Bradman Collection. Next, we head to the seaside suburb of Glenelg for free time to enjoy its cafés, shops, and jetty. In the afternoon, we tour Carrick Hill, admiring its art, exhibitions, and elegant interiors.
