We depart Sydney this morning, flying direct to Norfolk Island, our island home for the next seven nights. On arrival, we are warmly welcomed by a Baunti Tours representative and transferred to the South Pacific Resort, checking into our Garden Rooms. With the remainder of the afternoon at leisure to settle in, unpack and explore the resort grounds at our own pace, we come together this evening for a relaxed dinner at the hotel, marking the perfect, relaxed start to our long-awaited Norfolk Island holiday together as a group.

This morning, we join the Island Orientation Tour, a scenic drive with local guides sharing stories of Norfolk's history, culture and landscapes, setting the scene beautifully for the week ahead. The remainder of the day is ours to enjoy at leisure, with time to browse the local shops, relax at the resort, or simply take in our surroundings at an easy pace. This evening, we step into a convict trial for the playful Who Killed the Surveyor? Murder Mystery Dinner, filled with laughter, suspense and a hearty island meal.

After breakfast, the Norfolk Today Tour reveals how the island operates in modern times, from its unique laws and customs to the rhythms of everyday island life and community. This afternoon, we are picked up and set sail on the Glass Bottom Boat Tour, gliding across the crystal-clear waters of Emily Bay Lagoon to discover Norfolk's colourful marine garden, alive with coral and tropical fish. This evening, we gather for the Night on the Bounty Dinner, a three-course meal celebrating Norfolk's proud Bounty heritage and rich seafaring history.

This morning, we visit "Out Yenna", the former home of celebrated author Colleen McCullough, exploring her magnificent house and viewing the priceless collection of artefacts gathered by Colleen and husband Ric Robinson during their travels around the world. This afternoon, we step back in time on the guided Convict Kingston Tour, wandering through the World Heritage-listed Kingston settlement and hearing stories of convicts, military officers and free settlers amongst its atmospheric ruins. This evening, we unwind at a Scenic BBQ, surrounded by Norfolk's rolling hills and ocean views, for a relaxed evening of good food and laughter.

We start the day with a guided Breakfast Bushwalk, taking in panoramic coastal views and spotting native plants and birds before rewarding ourselves with a delicious al fresco breakfast in beautiful island surroundings. This afternoon, the Taste of Norfolk tour takes us on a sensory journey into the island's food traditions, sampling local dishes and delicacies while learning how Norfolk's heritage and environment have shaped its distinctive cuisine over the generations. This evening, we enjoy a relaxed dinner together at the South Pacific Resort, reflecting fondly on another wonderful island day.

Today we discover the dramatic Cyclorama, bringing the story of the Bounty mutiny vividly to life through its striking artwork, before visiting the fascinating Bounty Folk Museum with its treasured island artefacts and stories. This afternoon, the Farm & Industry Tour offers insight into Norfolk's modern industries, visiting working farms and market gardens to see how islanders balance tradition with innovation. This evening, we enjoy a signature Baunti Tours Progressive Dinner, savouring a three-course meal hosted across three different island homes, meeting friendly locals and sharing stories along the way.

This morning is at leisure, giving us time to relax, begin packing for tomorrow, or explore at our own pace around the island. This afternoon, we visit Pitcairn Settlers Village, experiencing the proud heritage of the Pitcairn Island settlers with a guided tour of the original Bailey homestead and gardens, a stroll through the barn dairy and outbuildings, and a museum filled with historic interest, including the oldest working forge in the South Pacific. This evening, we gather for the Baunti Fish Fry, watching the sunset with music and island dancing.

This morning, we take return transfers to the local Sunday markets for one last chance to browse island crafts, preserves and fresh produce, and perhaps find a special memento of our unforgettable Norfolk Island holiday. Afterwards, we check out of our Garden Rooms at the South Pacific Resort with bags full of wonderful memories from our special week on the island. We are then transferred to the airport for our direct flight home to Sydney, concluding a truly memorable Norfolk Island Experience with Trade Travel.
