Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Queenstown

Welcome to Queenstown, the home of adventure, beautiful gardens and sparkling lakes. Check into your centrally located hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 2: Queenstown

Enjoy this morning at leisure before making your way to Queenstown Wharf to board the enchanting TSS Earnslaw Cruise on Lake Wakatipu. Take time to explore the iconic century old coal-fired steamship as you drift pass The Remarkables mountain range and Cecil Peak, before you arrive at Walker Peak High Country Farm. Be treated to a delicious gourmet BBQ lunch at Colonel's Homestead Restaurant before taking a stroll around the beautiful garden that surrounds the homestead.

Day 3: Queenstown

Today you will have at leisure to explore the beautiful city of Queenstown. Take a stroll around the lush lakeside peninsula home to Queenstown Gardens. The waterfront trail around the edge of the gardens creates a peaceful walk with benches scattered along the way to take in the breathtaking views across Lake Wakatipu. You may wish to visit nearby Arrowtown, a historic gold mining town, rich in heritage and natural beauty. During Autumn, the leaves paint the town. and surrounding hills a breathtaking red and gold, simply stunning.

Day 4: Depart Queenstown

After breakfast and checkout, your 3 Night Gardens of Queenstown package will come to an end. Time permitting, you may wish to add-on a Christchurch or Dunedin extension.
