After breakfast, follow the old Cobb & Co route west to Eulo, hearing colourful tales of river crossings and coaching mishaps. Step back to 1880 as you explore the town’s characterful past, including the legendary Eulo Queen, with lunch at the historic hotel marking the start of your Progressive Dinner. Return through Mulga and Gidyea country as your guide explains why Paroo Shire is a leader in carbon farming, offering insight into how grazing, land care and sustainability intersect in the outback. Continue your Progressive Dinner into the evening with curated tastings and local stories that celebrate the region’s culinary and cultural character.

Day 3: Outback Wellness & Artesian Soaks
Today is dedicated to relaxation. Choose two treatments from the Club Boutique Spa & Wellness collection — including massage therapy, foot spa and scrub, pedicure, manicure, exfoliation, Banya therapy, Peranie, local honey and salt scrub, Aloe vera body mask or an artesian bathing ritual. Each is designed to soothe, restore and reconnect you with the slower pace of outback life. Later, visit the Cunnamulla Hot Springs (subject to opening times) to soak in mineral-rich artesian waters surrounded by river views and peaceful gum trees. Move between geothermal pools, the steam room, sauna and relaxation room before returning to the hotel for your final dinner.

Day 4: Depart Cunnamulla
