Day 1: Board The Great Southern In Adelaide

Board the Great Southern for your memorable two-night journey to Brisbane. After leaving the food and wine capital of South Australia behind, your first stop is like entering another world. A million years in the making, the Grampians region is celebrated for its wild and spectacular scenery.

Day 2: Great Southern, Canberra

After breakfast on board, prepare for an Off Train Experience in Australia’s capital, Canberra. Best known as the home of politics, choose a tour from several of its iconic cultural landmarks and feast on a mouth-watering lunch celebrating local produce.

Day 3: Great Southern, Coffs Harbour And Brisbane

Today is all about relaxation as you travel the northern New South Wales coast and enjoy Off Train Experiences that showcase the stunning landscape and beaches around Coffs Harbour before lunch back on board. Spend the afternoon unwinding and enjoying the creature comforts of the train as you travel through to Brisbane. Once in Brisbane and settled into your accommodation, the evening is yours to explore the vibrant river city.

Day 4: Board The Coral Princess® In Brisbane

Today, your coastal cruising begins. Day 5: Coral Princess®, At Sea

Familiarise yourself with the layout of the ship today. A variety of everyday dining venues are available including The Bar & Grill, Horizon Court, International Café and 24- hour room service. Day 6: Coral Princess®, Airlie Beach

(Water Shuttle Required, Wheelchair Access Limited) Airlie Beach is your gateway to the Whitsunday Archipelago. These 74 islands feature pristine fringing reefs, calm, lagoon-like waters, and superb beaches. The archipelago is one of Australia's premier playgrounds.

Day 7: Coral Princess®, Cairns

With the Daintree National Park and Great Barrier Reef on its doorstep, Cairns is a magnet for visitors. This popular destination for adventurers from the world over has an idyllic climate, beautiful tree-lined esplanades to stroll, and a huge number of day-trip activities to choose from.

Day 8: Coral Princess®, Port Douglas

(Water Shuttle Required, Wheelchair Access Limited) Located between the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area and the Great Barrier Reef, Port Douglas provides a perfect gateway to hardy adventurers enroute to rainforest and reef. In addition to its nearby scenic wonders, Port Douglas boasts several resorts ranging from the Sheraton Mirage to the Daintree Eco Lodge and Spa in the heart of the rainforest.

Day 9: Coral Princess®, Willis Island (Scenic Cruising)

Located beyond the Great Barrier Reef in the Coral Sea you will find Willis Island, the only permanently inhabited island in the Coral Sea Islands Territory. Willis Island is one of several tropical islands sitting beyond the Great Barrier Reef in the Coral Sea Islands Territory and is surrounded by thriving reefs where many creatures make their homes. Numbering into the thousands, Willis Island itself caters to many species of seabirds, including Masked, Brown and Red-footed Boobies that cry out nearly 24 hours a day. It is also an important nesting ground for turtles.

Visit the Shops of Princess for the last chance to pick up some keepsakes and souvenirs. as you make the most of the facilities on your last day on board.
