A good level of fitness is essential for you to undertake walks in hot conditions and over rugged terrain with uneven and sometimes slippery surfaces. Some walks will require you to clamber over large boulders up to one metre high. On some of the more challenging walks at Bell Gorge, Mitchell Falls and Piccaninny Creek, you’ll be accompanied and assisted by two expert APT guides. This tour contains some longer, more challenging walks. Sturdy walking shoes are an absolute must on all adventures. Please enquire about our Health and Fitness Mobility checklist at the time of booking.
