Day 2

Tuesday 24 July Today you will be cruising at sea. Treat yourself and dine at one of the delicious specialty restaurants this evening, then catch a broadway style show in the theatre or put your dancing shoes on to complete a perfect evening on board. Included meals: breakfast, lunch & dinner

Day 3

Wednesday 25 July Today you will be cruising at sea. Included meals: breakfast, lunch & dinner

Day 4

Thursday 26 July Hamilton Island, Queensland If you ache to snorkel, dive, swim, paddle or just laze on a breathtaking white sand beach, this is the place to do it. Included meals: breakfast, lunch & dinner

Day 5

Friday 27 July Today you will arrive into Cairns and disembark. Then you will explore Cairns city and its history, the busy wharves and industrial areas and observe the wildlife, including many bird species, around the city. Enjoy a professional guided walk in the Flecker Botanic Gardens which contain an amazing collection of tropical plants including exotic herbs, spices, valuable timber trees, orchids, fruits, bromeliads, giant bamboo and many other spectacular flowering plants. Visit the world famous “Creation” windows, at St Monica’s Cathedral and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea at the Edge Café. Marvel at the views from Cairns best scenic lookouts. Day 6

Saturday 28 July Today is your Kuranda Classic tour, the best way to maximise your Kuranda and Australian Experience, where you’ll get to explore indigenous culture, native wildlife and World Heritage Rainforest all in one day. Wind through tunnels and over bridges on the magnificent Kuranda Scenic Railway journey, passing Stoney Creek and Barron Falls. Wander through Kuranda Village, the picturesque Village in the Rainforest and board a transfer to the award-winning attraction and experience, Rainforestation Nature Park. Enjoy a delicious hot buffet and a wide selection of salads, cheeses and fruits. Join a guided tour of the Koala & Wildlife Park and see crocodiles, wombats, snakes, dingoes and a cassowary. Travel on an Army Duck Rainforest Tour with Tropical Fruit Orchard and view the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience. Glide over the canopy of pristine World Heritage Rainforest aboard the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, with stops at Barron Falls and Red Peak Stations before returning to Cairns Included meals: breakfast & lunch

Day 7

Sunday 29 July Today you will be transferred from your hotel to the Cairns Rail Terminal to board the Spirit of Queensland. The Spirit of Queensland combines modern seating and entertainment options with the romance of long distance rail travel. The RailBed is a spacious and comfortable seat by day that includes a personal entertainment system, a 240v power point and a USB point. Day 8
